What is SPED?
A range of programs and supports to ensure each student gets FARE (Fair Appropriate Public Education).
Who are SPED Students?
Students identified as having one or more cognitive, linguistic, or physical exceptionalities that require special instruction and support in order to participate in and benefit from curriculum.
Who are CLD Students?
Individuals whose culture background, environment and experiences encompasses more than the mainstream American experience and who are citizens or permanent residents of the USA.
Who are CLD SPED Students?
Students who are identified as having a learning disability, not just struggling to learn a language.
